  Tried to schedule a delivery of wood to my parents house. I was very disappointed in the customer service. Call answered after I selected the "delivery" via phone prompts, call answered and transferred after I had barely said two words. My call was sent to the "Pro" desk and this gentleman's first question was 'how are you going to pay for this?" I said VISA and he made me feel like he was doing me a favor by accepting this as a form of payment. He reminded me that he was at the "pro" desk -

  Customer service is not about being "short" with a customer, but understanding their needs and trying to fulfill them to the best of your ability.

  Shop here often as home depots have become a thing of necessity to contractors. Definitely nice to be able to get everything in one place however beware many products are over priced compared to stores specializing in any one of the many departments within a home depot. Sometimes things at half the price but you assume the big box says it costs this... so I guess it must cost this... Shop around! I find this funny, a compressor combo kit advertising 250$ worth of stuff all packaged together and home depot will only charge you an extra 30 bucks to take it all compared to individually!

  4. Entrance greeter just looked another way when I caught his glance and pointed to the fact that handheld shopping basket rack beside him was empty, while there were plenty of them by the exit doors.

  Come during the weekdays when more of the regular employees are around, then you can count on for getting some help.

  2. Electrical isle clearance shelf: many items. Many have no price tags. Customers try to hunt down employees to figure out how much the items are only to learn that they scan at regular prices - waste of time for everyone.

  3. Empty for weeks small merchandise (screws, bolts, etc) boxes in the hardware isle.

  I was at the Aurora location and was greeted with a friendly smile in every section. Talked to Paul from the door/window section and an elderly gentleman (his names escapes me but he had a European accent) in the lighting section. They were both Extremely helpful and professional. They answered all my questions patiently and in a friendly manner. Your social media staff/management should certainly relay this message to the Aurora location so these two employees get the recognition they deserve. Kudos to all your staff. No wonder your stock keeps beating analysts' expectations. Keep up the great work!
