  My 8 year old daughter had been playing the claw drop game one afternoon and her prize (full size) had stopped and never dropped. The manager made sure to contact me when the service people came to fill it and on top of that they also gave her an emoji mug to match the stuffie. She was absolutely over the moon about it and I am grateful that there is people out there who take great carbon others.

  Love this movie theatre! It doesn't always have the same selection as the larger movie places but trades that off with a much more pleasant atmosphere. It is much more conducive to a couples night out without the chaos of the larger crowds associated with the bigger movie centres. This is my wife's and my first choice everytime!

  I usually go to this movie theater to watch movies as it's the closest to me. The staff are friendly and patient with you, and the place is cleaned well. I haven't seen any trash laying around from the previous movie and the bathrooms are clean. They don't have any staff at the box office which feels a little weird. They sell their tickets at the consession stand or at the self service stations. The snacks are quite overpriced, but I'm pretty sure the prices are the same for every theater. This is a good place to go watch a movie, but you could get more/newer facilities in other locations.

  Typical Cineplex setup. Lots of parking. Bathrooms are large and well maintained. Wheelchairs can get around just fine.

  Don't go to this theater. They have HUGE problems broadcasting the difference between 3D and standard (non 3D) movies. Their own website shows the actual times and types of films, the generic google version doesn't give any accuracy at all. Go ahead and look it up, compare the movies between the two and you'll see what I mean. You could argue that they are only responsible for their own website, but, they are a business and a corporation and I think it's not much to ask to have ONE consistent listing. I expect better. You should expect better too. Somewhere this is one persons single job, and he/she/they can't even do that.
