  Turn into industrial parkway, and it is the immediate left. Dont turn in from wellington, it is an exit. The stuff here has good value. Pleasant place to be.

  In my opinion DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM TREK!!!! They have a very short life span compared to other bikes of the same price.

  After storing them in a heated tent with our motorcycles over the winter season we pulled them out for a nice spring ride and what do you know, my bikes gears, chain and peddles were completely rusted through, front to back, literally covered in rust.

  What business would blame a customer for a fault in their own product, a product that was clearly defective. They couldn't even be bothered to provide an explanation for us.

  So we thought no problem, it must just be a mistake made at the factory. We also had done zero maintenance ourselves to them because we had 2 years free maintenance from Trek.

  I've bought two bikes here, one in December (2014) and one this May. The staff here are incredibly friendly, they really want to help you find the perfect bike and your perfect fit. I live closer to other bike stores but Trek Aurora simply does it the best, will definitely be buying from you again in the future!

  In addition the Aurora store locations manager was very disrespectful and treats his customers like they know absolutely nothing about bikes.

  We drive there the day of and show our bikes to both the manager we purchased them from, and an employee doing maintenance, expecting it to be a short and helpful visit with no problems, we soon found out it was quite the opposite. After a short conversation, the manager had decided that it was our fault the bike had rusted, even though it sat side by side with my fathers bike all winter, and his was perfectly fine. They are also $1,599 dollar bikes, so you would think that even if you tried, it would still be difficult to get the bikes components to rust even a little.

  Love the bike I bought here, 7.4fx.... And the staff was great, not pushy, letting the customer decide... Staff advised me to look elsewhere before making my final decision... Unlike the"other"bike store... Thank you.

  My Father and I purchased 2 $1,599 bikes from Trek in Aurora, in the summer of 2014, and we had a great season with them and no issues.

  Great staff very friendly and knowledgible. If you love bikes and want great advice this is the stote, no pressure no hassle and great indoor training facility for winter time ups.
