  Feb 17 10 am I was at the clinic and had a horrible experience with blood work, poked me 3x within half an hour without finding a vein. I was not confident that this lady is qualified to take blood work and left right away.

  The receptionist tried to assist but this receptionist tied the elastic so many times and so roughly tight that I started to hurt. I would not even trust this receptionist to touch me ever.

  If I could give less than one star I would. The reception and pharmacy staff were great but the doctor I saw was appalling. He was not only extremely unprofessional he barely spoke English. When he came in to talk to me his phone rang mid conversation and he answered it and had a full conversation in the middle of the exam room. I could understand if the call was important or urgent but I didn't seem like it. Secondly he didn't speak English well and it didn't help the he spoke quietly and mumbled. I had to repeatedly ask him what he said and he looked at me like I was the problem. I'll hopefully never be returning to this clinic.

  Doctor asked me will I fill up my medication there in the pharmacy. I said yes, then I think he will tell the pharmacist. Until I have been waited for ten minutes, went to ask them that they don’t even know. No communication at all. Then I had to wait another half hour. I could have done somewhere else fastest.

  I absolutely love my doctor and think he does an amazing job. Now the staff are unprofessional, arrogant and don't know what they are doing half the time. I came in today to have my TB marking checked and was told it couldn't be as it hadn't been 4 days.... I'm in this line of work and know it's 48-72 hours. Then I'm told it will be over an hour wait when there are only two people in the waiting room... again in this line of work it shouldn't take over an hour. It's poor appointment setting, poor doctor on a walk in clinic and also not having enough staff in. This clinic also NEVER answers the phone... they need a call centre end of story. I want to switch so bad, but don't want to leave my doctor. Wish he was elsewhere because it wasn't until he came here it was a hassle.

  I have been to this clinic three times. Two times , they screwed up the waiting line. People came after me as walk in went in before me. When I go to ask that they don’t even know what is go on.

  Would leave no stars if I could. Brought my 7 year old daughter in for immunization only to find out they gave her the wrong shot as per York Region Public health unit. Should have known something was wrong when the doctor mentioned he was unfamiliar with immunization forms as he was from the U.S. Did I mention this was after a 2 hour wait.
